Now that I see the photo I think a reason I stayed indoors and siesta-ed was the rain in the afternoon. As you can see the streets were wet when I ventured out in the evening.
This time I walked along the western half of La Concha.

I found a dinner of a
plato combinado in a small family restaurant. I like the mix of food groups, they go down easily.
My late film session was in the
Kursaal, a congress centre and auditorium to the east of the old city.

Un Cabo Suelto (A Loose End), a co-production involving Spain, Argentina and Uruguay. It's about an Argentinian policeman who is being hunted by corrupt colleagues, and escapes to Uruguay. He must use all his wits to outsmart his pursuers and in the process find romance and start a new life. It was quite engaging.
Fortunately it was easy to enter the hostel after hours and reach my capsule bed without any noise.
